We have some constructive feedback regarding moderation, in particular for the interview that overrun, and truly value the great work there. Please see below the feedback: Overall nice and friendly interview, agreed with the respondent at the start to use the 'informal' 2nd person sg '(tu), instead of the 'formal use' of 'you' (dumneavoastra), which is quite heavy in the discussion. Irina did not let any question unanswered and rephrased and probed when the feedback was not the one expected (that happened quite a few times that the moderator had to reset the scene with - but what about you in the pharmacy, what is your feeling, etc...
