I just had an excellent conversation with Ioan at Mercury. Ioan is great. I ve worked with a lot of research companies around the world, and some are better than others. Ioan is definitely a great partner to have.

We worked closely with Cosmin, Gaby and Alex and we have been very happy with their moderation skills; these researchers really took the time to understand our product and research questions and go through the very detail of our discussion guide. Their moderation is full of empathy and attention to details. In the end, we have been very pleased with the outcomes of our interviews.
